This project for a major building contractor is part of a 51,000sq.m. regeneration plan for the AFC Wimbledon stadium. This development features 600 new homes, as well as retail and leisure space. Kingsley are proud to be involved in this prestigious project, delivering over 22.000sq.m of insulated Blue & Green roofs, podium decks and balconies. We were asked to provide a cold applied and non-combustible solution, so we chose to utilise our partners Triflex and Rockwool in a full built-up system. In addition, works include metal works and the installation of paving and ballast across various areas. We are looking forward to sharing further progress, images and footage in the coming weeks.
